**Protective Vest Notice, Disclaimer & Warning
All equestrian sports are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury or death. A properly fitted protective vest or body protector may offer protection against some injuries. However, protective vests and body protectors do not all conform to a uniform set of safety standards. Protective vests and body protectors offering more protection may be capable of being designed and/or may not e presently available. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser (or in the case of minors, the parent, or other responsible adult) to select an appropriate protective vest or body protector that is well suited to the rider’s level of expertise and riding discipline and to ensure it is properly fitted. Allpony neither specifies nor recommends any particular protective vest or body protector and undertakes no responsibility or liability therewith.
CAUTION: Allpony disclaims any responsibility for injuries or death incurred while wearing any of the protective vests offered for sale. Representations regarding testing results, equipment ratings, product specifications, ASTM and/or SEI standards, and the adequacy of all such standards and designations are made solely by the product’s manufacturer. Allpony does not warrant or confirm the representations of the manufacturers. Allpony makes no representations expressed or implied regarding the fitness of these products for any particular purpose nor the extent to which the products protect riders from injury or death. By purchasing any of the protective vests offered for sale and using it in an equestrian sport, the purchaser AGREES FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY TO ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EQUESTRIAN SPORTS, including the risk of personal injury, damage, death or property damage. Further, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the purchaser does release Allpony from any and all responsibility or legal liability related to purchaser’s participation in equestrian activities.
No Guarantee
Allpony does not guarantee the sale of clothing, tack or equipment listed on the site nor the condition of any items. We do not guarantee the owner/seller’s services, representations, or any use for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee or warrant the performance of any person or entity advertising on its site. Because our content is user generated, we do not control the content posted on the site and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
Conditions of Service
You agree to pay for all fees owed to Allpony for the placement of your ad. If you choose to pay for an ad with photo and video privileges, you accept full responsibility for uploading your own photos and video at anytime until your ad expires. If you do not do not upload images or video, for any reason whatsoever, your ad’s expiration date will not be altered. If you need assistance, you accept responsibility for reaching out to our team for help.
Service interruptions are rare but possible. Allpony cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control.
We do not offer refunds, unless our team at Allpony deems otherwise in special situations.
Editorial Rights
All listings are subject to reasonable editorial changes to maintain the integrity and quality of our service.
Forbidden Use
Slanderous, malicious, or any kind of derogatory ads are not permitted. Ads for items with any kind of ownership dispute are not allowed on Allpony. Profanity and harassment are not allowed on Allpony. If found, these ads will be immediately deleted and the user’s further access to their account will be suspended or terminated. If you have a complaint about a seller on our system, please contact us with the details. If we suspect that a seller is participating in any sort of questionable or fraudulent activity via our site, engaging in any sort of false or misleading advertising, etc., we will disable that seller’s account without notice at our own discretion.
Community Flagging
We do our best to host relevant, honest ads for children’s English horse riding clothes, tack, and pony blankets and boots. Please help us remove unwanted ads promptly so your searches can be clear of unwanted listings that don’t belong on Allpony. If you see an ad such as those listed above on our site, please email us at info@allpony.com so our team can review the ad or activity immediately.
Fraud Policy
If you are the victim of fraud, contact our team! But first, contact your local authorities and the Internet Crime Complaint Center immediately. We are so sorry and hope we can provide some guidance. Our team will use our discretion in deciding the best course of action, which may include blocking the fraudulent user and removing their ads.
Solicitation, Scam & Slander
Sending unsolicited emails (spam), scams or any malicious, slanderous emails through Allpony is not allowed. If you have received an unwanted email of this nature, contact us and we will disable the sender’s account, his or her ads will be deleted, their email will be blocked from further ad responses, and they will be marked on our site as a spammer.
If you see a slanderous or malicious ad on our site or receive unsolicited email (spam) from another user such as someone trying to sell you their own services via our ad response form, please report the scammer/spammer through your online ad responses.
If you see a possible stolen or missing item listed on our site for sale, please Contact Us and it will be removed as soon as possible.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. An Allpony Membership requires parental consent if you under the age of 16.
Customer Privacy
If you provide personal contact information, Allpony is not responsible for any misuse of this information. Allpony does not and will never sell or release your email address. You can learn more on our Privacy Policy.
Copyright Policy
Allpony cannot be held responsible for violations created by its users and/or customers. These violations include, but are not limited to: copyright violation, trademark violations, trade names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws.
Our customers are solely responsible for obtaining express permission from professional photographers, subjects, etc. to display images on our site. We will not accept any images labelled “PROOF” for use on our web site. If there is a visible photographer’s signature or label on the face of a photo, we will not remove this information from the digital image that we display. If we are informed of copyright violations created by our customers, we will remove disputed images from the site without refund or prior notice to the offender. Allpony may, in appropriate circumstances and at its own discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who have infringed on the copyrights of others. If you are a photographer, please be sure to contact your customer directly about their inappropriate use of your photo.
